A. Main Menu Bar

  • Dashboard - Main page. Provides overview of vendor, returns history, and orders coming to your locations

  • Returns History - Drop down menu of all vendor locations active within your store. Used to locate returns by manual search

  • Orders - Drop down menu of all vendor locations active within your store. Used to locate invoices and orders by manual search

  • Magnifying Glass - or whole site search. Use this icon to search entire site by invoice number or PO number

  • Shopping Cart - As returns are entered into the system, they will be placed into the shopping cart for final verification and changes before sending request for pickup

  • Settings - All site settings including password update and notifications are found here

  • Help - Site help and videos are found here

  • Logout - Site logout

Recent returns are listed by date with basic status

D. Orders

Recent orders are listed with invoice numbers, date ordered, and current delivery status
